Sleeping is the most important attitude to get relaxation for mind as well as our health. All people compulsory sleep, more than 4 hours per day otherwise we get lack of attention in everyday activities. Sleeping in the night as well as without interruption is very useful for health. When we are sleeping with any disturbance, make the headache and tension to us. Sleeping is very useful for eye sight. We are recharging ourselves by sleeping. We released our tension and worries while sleeping. We get different kind of dreams in sleeping hours. We are entering into the new world during sleeping with the dreams. We get more happiness through sleeping. Sleeping is the major medicine for all to get good health.
